The TimberTech and Azek composites are a great alternative to traditional hardwood decks. These products are manufactured by CPG International. CPG is headquartered in Skokie, IL, and their main manufacturing plant is located in Scranton, Ohio. They have a 25-year limited warranty with regular use against any rotting, cracking, mold/mildew, and termites. They also offer a 30-year limited warranty against any natural fading and staining of their products.

TimberTech offers 3 different product lines with 17 different color options to choose from. 

Westbury is one of the best rails available to consumers. It is extremely light weight and very durable. Their railings are third party tested to meet the American Architectural Manufacturing Association's (AAMA) certifications. They have an 11-step powder coating process which allows them to offer a limited lifetime warranty against cracking, peeling, fading, and rusting. 

Westbury has 10 different rail styles on the market, which are available in 12 different colors.  However, Decks Unlimited can offer you an exclusive Westbury color that is not readily available in the Lincoln area.
